Judge Approves $75 Million Settlement

On October 13, 2005, Judge William G. Young of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted final approval to a $75 million class action settlement for the benefit of consumers and Third-Party Payors who paid for branded and generic versions of the arthritis medication Relafen® during the period September 1, 1998 through June 30, 2003.
